Tourists enjoyed brandy and flummery in Pocekovina
The group of pensioners from Belgrade visited the municipality of Trstenik on Saturday, September, 29th. They visited the medieval monasteries Ljubostinja and Veluce as well as downtown Trstenik, the Holy Trinity Church and the monument to princess Milica.
After the long trip, the tourists were welcomed by the warm hosts in the agricultural farmstead in the ethno-distillery “Vesela fabrika” in Pocekovina, where they began the tour of Trstenik and its surrounding. By tasting various fruit brandies and flummery made from the homemade corn flour, the guests were nostalgically remembering the smells and tastes from their childhood. After the short stroll near Morava river and the enjoyment of the early autumn landscape, the group of satisfied tourists, escorted by the tourist guide, went to visit the Veluce Monastery, and then visited Trstenik and the Ljubostinja monastery.
